Bioclear Around The World: Join our international Bioclear leaders as they share their Bioclear journeys

Dr. Claire Burgess

Claire’s journey with Bioclear started when she discovered a Bioclear Matrix in 2011. It was in 2014 that Claire met David Clark and was introduced to the Bioclear Method. Since then Claire has purely undertaken Bioclear Method composite restorations in practice and has been the instructor at the UK Bioclear Learning Center. This lecture is an overview of her Bioclear journey over the last eight years with clinical cases and with Bioclear evangelist!

Dr. Marco Maiolino

What is innovation in every field? The main driver behind innovation in the human story. Marco will introduce the concept of the principle of Pareto and the principle of statistical significance and how to apply it to dentistry. He will also explain how Bioclear is one of the few innovations in the world of restorative dentistry. You will see cases highlighting the new expanded possibilities we have with Bioclear in posterior and anterior cases.

Dr. Abdelrahman Tawfik

Deep decay is always a big problem to solve, and it is much harder when it is combined with a class 5. We will discuss which surface we should start with, and how to finish the full restoration to get a better tooth restoration interface. Black Triangle Matrix, the key for guided anterior restoration. It is mandatory to have a perfect anterior restoration, the main concern is how to get similar emergence profile, ideal contour and natural looking teeth. With Black Triangle matrices and its coding system, it helps to guide you to the final result in a predictable protocol.

KEYNOTE: The Importance of Bonding: Our 27 year experience with partnership, patients, and teeth

Dr. Harris Seigel
Dr. Skip Dolt

After both graduated from dental school in 1993 from Medical College of Georgia and University of Texas Health at San Antonio respectively, Dr. Harris Siegel and Dr. Skip Dolt met during their AEGD program in San Antonio. After completing both the AEGD and the GPR programs, Dr. Siegel and Dr. Dolt began their practice journey in 1996 in Atlanta, GA. After 27 years of practicing together, they continue to strengthen their technology-based practice, their partnership and their relationships with their patients and team. They appreciate the opportunity to share their practice experiences and insights with our Bioclear friends.

Bioclear and Black Triangles: how to achieve natural results when completing black triangle restorations

Dr. Roberto Zangirolami

This presentation will demonstrate the necessary measures to achieve the best aesthetic results with the Bioclear BT system. It will cover each step of the restorative process, such as what materials to use, how and when to use them; the finishing procedure and final polishing.

Everyday Dentistry with Bioclear

Dr. Mary Robb

Mary carries her first dentoform class II tooth in her purse. That’s dedication. Every day dentistry isn’t every day to the patient. Our patients hope for and expect little miracles for each and every one of their teeth. Lets deliver that every day.

The Epidemic of Cracked Teeth

Dr. David Clark

Cracked teeth remain the last great mystery in dentistry. David will present the condensed version of the most popular lecture that he presents internationally to both restorative dentists and endodontists. In this lecture you will learn to differentiate between low-risk, medium-risk, and high-risk enamel cracks. A recipe will be given for when and how to restore, when to do endodontics, and when to extract.

The Longevity of Composites and the Bioclear Method

Dr. Jose Moura

Composites are one of the most popular and conservative techniques worldwide, however many dentists and patients have real concerns about the longevity of such treatments. In this lecture we want to discuss what makes direct composites restorations last longer with proper esthetics and function, and how the Bioclear method can help in this task.

Friday Schedule

All General Session Lectures will be recorded and available to everyone after the event, so those who choose hands-on courses won’t miss any of the action! See below for Hands-On Course Descriptions.

What is FGTP? How can we apply this concept to Bioclear? How do we use FGTP to give our patients a better idea as to what their Bioclear will look like in their mouths? How can we use FGTP to evaluate and make refinements in our own cases? How do we use FGTP to communicate with other dentists or specialists?

Elevating Your Invisalign with Bioclear & Your Bioclear with Invisalign

Dr. Cara Lund

By using a combination of Invisalign and Bioclear, Dr. Cara Lund is able to help her patients achieve the smiles they desire. As an Invisalign provider for 20 years, Dr. Lund understands that while people say they want straight teeth, what they really want is aligned teeth and a youthful smile – no black triangles, no recession, no worn edges, and no translucency. Dr. Lund routinely discusses Bioclear with her Invisalign consultation patients in order to manage Invisalign expectations and lay the groundwork for post-orthodontic treatment. She uses Bioclear black triangle closures to improve not only esthetics but also orthodontic stability by exchanging pinpoint contacts with broad, flat contacts. Dr. Lund also uses Bioclear veneers to conservatively rejuvenate a smile once the teeth are in the proper positions.

Besides using Bioclear on her own Invisalign patients, she treats disappointed post orthodontic patients who find her online and come in asking for Bioclear. While Dr. Lund recommends Bioclear for many of her Invisalign patients, she also recommends Invisalign for patients who come to her for Bioclear. By completing Invisalign first, she is often able to set her cases up for better esthetic outcomes with Bioclear. Dr. Lund will discuss how she does her consultations and present several completed combination Invisalign and Bioclear cases.
